Sibaya Coastal Precinct introduces its next mixed-use development, Pebble Beach Sibaya. Brought to you by the developers behind the ground-breaking success of OceanDune Sibaya, this new addition is the final beachfront development for this node.

Featuring 160 luxury apartments, Pebble Beach Sibaya boasts endless sea views, lush rooftop gardens and resort-style swimming pools, exciting recreational facilities, as well as direct beach access through forest walkways. With an incredible luxurious and active outdoor lifestyle on offer, this dynamic project fits in with the vibrant everyday life of Sibaya Coastal Precinct, a Tongaat Hulett development.

Promoting rehabilitation and sustainability in the ethos of their designs and developments, Sibaya Coastal Precinct merges urban structures with existing nature. These urban structures include around 9000 residential homes and apartments, and 500 000 metres of commercial space including shopping centres, office spaces, schools, universities, health and retirement and hotels to name but just a few. This remarkable node is expected to generate around R50 billion into the local KwaZulu-Natal economy.

Other elements of Sibaya Coastal Precinct include the 75km boardwalk built in and around the forest, as well as the 6.5km boardwalks created for the beach, making it a place to enjoy the outdoors and explore nature.

Situated only a few minutes from Umhlanga (only 4km) and King Shaka International Airport (about 10km), this budding precinct will endeavour to keep its residents connected to family, the community, nature and the greater part of KwaZulu-Natal. With the development of this precinct underway, it is estimated that it will take about 15 – 20 years to fully develop.
